Menstruation Myths

To the guys, tell your girls these. To girls, see beyond the lines.

1. There is only that much amount of menstruation blood that will be discharged.
2. Drinking cold water will not increase the amount of blood to be discharged from your body.
3. Eating pineapple will only cause uneasiness or cramps to the stomach area. Not increase the amount of the blood discharged.

How is it possible if by drinking cold water, (which isn't even blood), will increase the volume of blood discharged? The amount of blood has been determined through out the month / 28-day-cycle / hormones in the body. Not by the consumption of cold water. It just doesn't make sense. On the days you have your menstruation, and you consume water, all of a sudden, more blood will be discharged? No, it doesn't work that way. That's total crap. I don't know why most girls believe in that. It's like common sense that there is no such thing. Drinking cold water during your menstruating period MAY cause uneasiness / cramps to the stomach area but not increasing the amount of blood to be discharged. It is ridiculous come to think of it.

Another note, heavy alcohol intake within the 20th-35th day of your menstruation cycle will cause it to be discharged early.
